1. About These Terms

This website is operated by Sri Vaishnavi Retail (India) LLP under the name Sri Vaibhavam Shopping Mall. By browsing this website or placing an order you accept these Terms & Conditions.

2. Website Usage

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation or security. We may restrict access where misuse is suspected.

3. Customer Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details in your account and for keeping your password confidential. Orders placed through your account are treated as placed by you.

4. Products and Descriptions

Product images, colours and descriptions are provided as accurately as possible. Handloom and handwoven sarees may show slight variations in shade, weave and finish, which are natural to the craft and not defects.

5. Pricing and Availability

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices and availability may change without notice, and products are subject to stock at the time the order is confirmed.

If an item becomes unavailable or a pricing error is identified after you place an order, we will contact you and, where the order cannot be fulfilled, the amount paid will be refunded.

6. Orders

An order is created once you complete checkout, and is confirmed only after payment has been successfully verified. Every order receives a Sri Vaibhavam order number that you can use in your account and when contacting us.

7. Payments

Online payments are processed through our payment gateway, Razorpay. Payment details are entered directly with the gateway and are not stored by us.

An order is treated as paid only after the payment is verified with the payment gateway. If a payment fails, the order remains unpaid and you may retry the payment from your account.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are dispatched to the delivery address provided at checkout. Delivery timelines depend on the destination and the courier partner, and tracking details are added to your order once the shipment is handed over.

9. Cancellation

You may request cancellation of an order before it is dispatched. Unpaid orders can be cancelled directly. For paid orders, cancellation and any resulting refund are confirmed by our team.

10. Returns and Exchanges

If an item reaches you damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us with your order number. We may ask you to share clear photographs and a video of the item and its packaging so we can verify and review the request. Return and exchange eligibility is confirmed by our team on a case-by-case basis.

11. Refunds

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method through the payment gateway. The time taken to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

12. Customer Responsibilities

Please ensure the delivery address and contact number you provide are correct and reachable. Repeated refusal of delivery or incorrect address details may affect order fulfilment.

13. Intellectual Property and Website Content

The Sri Vaibhavam name, logo, photographs, product images and website content belong to Sri Vaishnavi Retail (India) LLP and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

14. Changes to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. The version published on this page applies to your use of the website.
